UKUDLA ngenye yezinto ezijabulisa iningi labantu nokwenza kube mnandi kakhulu ukuzihlinzeka ngomphako uma uzoba nohambo olude. “Uma uzokwenza isinkwa ungalokothi ufake utamatisi ngoba uzomanzisa isinkwa uphinde wenze kusheshe kube muncu ukudla,"kusho uZandi.

"Kungcono ukuyibilisa ekhaya inkukhu yakho bese uyivuvuzela usawoti ukugcina imisoco ebalulekile nokubalekela ukufaka izithako.
