Ucebise ngokuthi uma umuntu efuna ukufudumeza ukudla okuphekwe ngayizolo noma kuthangi, akaphake okulingene azokudla kuphela kube yikhona akufudumezayo, hhayi ukufudumeza konke ukudla okusemabhodweni ebe engezukudlaakuqede.
Uthi ukulokhu ukufudumeza kaningi kunobungozi emzimbeni womuntu.
“Akumele uthathe ukudla osuke wakufudumeza, uphinde ukufake efrijini bese ukufudumeza okwesibili ngesinye isikhathi. Okungcono ongakwenza wukuthi ufudumeze lokho okulingene ukukudla ngaleso sikhathi kuphela.
“Uma ukudla kungakonakali nje, ungakudla kungakhathelekile ukuthi ubukupheke nini, kudingeka nje ukuthi ukugcine efrijini ukuze ukubeke kahle,” kusho uNksz Makgato.
Okhulumela i-Association for Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA), uNksz Jandri Barnard weluleke abantu ukuthi bagcine ngendlela ephephile ukudla futhi ezokwenza kungonakali emafrijni, nokuthi okungcono wukuthi umuntu apheke ukudla okulingene nazokudla kuphele ngosuku ukugwema ukukubeka isikhathi.
“Qala ngokupholisa ukudla kwakho ngaphambi kokufaka efrijini. Uma ukufudumeza qikelela ukuthi kushisa ngokwanele ukubulala amagciwane ahlala kukho. Okunye abantu okumele bakugweme wukufudumeza ukudla kaningi ngoba lokho kungenza kungabe kusaba sesimweni esihle, futhi kwandise amagciwane ahlala ekudleni,” kucebisa uNksz Barnard.
Ucebise ukuthi ukudla okufana nesitshulu, yisishebo nesobho kungcono uqale ukukhiphe amaqhwa ngaphambi kokufudumeza, wase exwayisa abanezifo ezinjengegciwane lesandulela ngculazi nomdlavuza ukuqaphela ukudla okufudumeziwe ngoba kungenza kube lula kubona ukungenwa yizifo ezifana nohudo nesicanucanu.
