Izinhlobo ze-urinary incontinence
– I-Stress Incontinence: Le nkinga yenzeka uma ubhekene nezimo noma wenza izinto ezifaka ingcindezi esiswini njengokukhwehlela, ukuthimula, ukuhleka nokuzivocavoca.
– I-Urge Incontinence: Yilapho ovele uxinwe wumchamo, ungakwazi ukubekezela andukuba uchame ngokwakho. Lokhu kungenzeka ngisho usanda kuchama.
– I-Overflow Incontinence: Yilapho okuthi uma uchama, umchamo ungapheli nya esinyeni, okuholela ekutheni ulokhu uconsa.
– I-Functional Incontinence: Lapho isimo somzimba wakho nesomqondo ngaleso sikhathi, kwenza kube nzima ukusheshe ufike endlini yokuzikhulula.
– I-Mixed Incontinence: Lokhu kubandakanya i-stress ne-urge incontinence, okusho ukuthi uba nezimpawu zakho kokubili.

“I-UI yinkinga ejwayelekile emphakathini kodwa evame ukushaywa indiva, yize iba nomthelela omubi empilweni yomuntu. Ukuqonda ukuthi idalwa yini nokwazi umthelela wayo empilweni yakho kungasiza ukuyigwema,” kugcizelela uHewlett.
