INDLELA YOKWENZA
01 Thela i-Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt ne-Robertsons Black Pepper ukuze unandise.
02 Faka izingcezu ze-oxtail eplastikini, bese ufake ufulawa uphendula kahle ukuze agcobeke. Shukuza ukhiphe noma omuphi ufulawa ongadingeki.
03 Shisisa uhhafu kawoyela (isipuni esi-1) ebhodweni elikhulu emlilweni omaphakathi ngokushisa, wenze i-oxtail ibe nsundu kuwo wonke amacala, ufake ngokuhlukanisa izingcezu uma kunesidingo. Beka eceleni.
04 Shisisa isipuni samafutha esisele kulelo bhodwe elilodwa. Faka u-anyanisi, i-celery, ukherothi ne-Rajah Mild Masala Curry Powder, bese upheke imizuzu emi-2.

07 Susa i-oxtail ebhodweni. Khipha bese ulahle amatham- bo. Sebenzisa izimfologo ezimbili, ubhucunge inyama ibe yizicucu. Buyisela inyama ebhodweni bese ufaka amalensisi kanye nobhontshisi ama-black-eyed beans. Pheka emlilweni omaphakathi kuya phansi eminye imizuzu eyi-15.
