Ngibe sengifikelwa umcabango wokuvula iWhatsApp group ukuze sizivocavoce ngokuhlanganyela noma ngabe sikuphi. Kubalulekile ukusebenzisa izinkundla zokuxhumana ukuzithuthukisa,” kuchaza uNksz Mkhize.
Uveze ukuthi okumgqugquzele kakhulu ukuba asungule ijimu kuWhatsApp wukuthi ngesikhathi somvalelandlini we-Covid-19, abantu bebexhumana kalula ngo-WhatsApp njengoba babengavumelekile ukuphuma ezindlini.
“Asisekho isidingo sokucasha ngokuthi awukwazi ukuzivocavoca ngoba sinazo izinhlelo zokuzivocavoca kuWhatsApp nakwezinye izinkundla zokuxhumana. Kubalulekile ukuthi ube nenhloso ethile ozivocavocela yona. Kungaba wukuthi ufuna ukuphila kahle, kube wukuthi ufuna ukuncipha nokunye osuke uzibekele kona,” kusho uNksz Mkhize.
Uthe ukuzivocavoca kugcina umzimba uphile kahle ngoba ozivocavocayo uyagqugquzeleka ukuphuza amanzi nokudla ukudla okunezakhamzimba.
Ugqugquzele abesifazane ukuba bangakujabuleli ukuthi bakhuluphele ngoba ukukhuluphala kuhambisana nezifo ezehlukene.
Ubalule isifo somfutho wegazi, esikashukela, amathambo, umdlavuza nezinye ezihambisana nokukhuluphala.
Uthe ukuzivocavoca kulula izinsuku zokuphila komuntu ngoba kwenza inhliziyo ishaye kahle, kumenze abe nesikhumba esibushelelezi futhi angabi nokhwantalala.
