UNzimande uthe umnyango wakhe usebenzisana nalezi zikhungo, unezinhlelo ezifaka ukuziseka ngokwezifundo ukuze zikwazi ukuphasa.

U-Emam ukhale ngokuthi iningi imali echithekayo ngenxa yokulaxaza kwalezi zitshudeni izifundo ngoba zisuke zikhokhelwa nguhulumeni.
UNzimande ucacise nokuthi kunezinhlelo zokusiza izitshudeni ukuthi zikhethe izifundo ezifanele kulawa makolishi.
“Odabeni oluthinta ukwamukelwa kwezitshudeni emakolishi, sinezihlelo zokuthi wonke umuntu ofikayo ubhala izivivinyo eziyimpoqo ukuze leso sitshudeni singene emkhakheni ofanele. Lokhu sikwenza ukuze isitshudeni sikhethe izifundo esizokwazi ukuziphasa.
“Izitshudeni zithola noxhaso lweNational Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS), olukhokhela indawo yokuhlala, imali yokufunda, eyokudla, eyokugibela kanjalo nemali yokuphila etholakala zinyanga zonke,” kusho uNzimande.
Mayelana nalezo zitshudeni ezingakwazi ukuhlangabezana nemigomo ebekiwe kulezi zifundo ezifuna ukuzenza, uthe kunohlelo oluthatha unyaka i-Pre-Vocational Learning Programme (PLP), olusiza ekutheni sikwazi ukuhlangabezana nemigomo ebekiwe.
“Lolu hlelo lufaka izifundo i-English, Mathematics, Science, izifundo ezithinta impilo kanjalo nezithinta ikhompyutha. Sifuna ukuthi kuphela unyaka leso sitshudeni sibe sesikwazi ukuthi ngonyaka olandelayo sizongena ngokugcwele kulowo mkhakha esifuna ukuwenza.”
Uthe kubalulekile ukuthi zisekwe izitshudeni ezidonsa kanzima ezifundweni.
Ubalule nokuthi izimo ezehlukene ezithinta impilo jikelele yezitshudeni, zenza ukuthi izitshudeni zigcine sezingakwazi ukwenza kahle ezifundweni zazo.
“Yingakho uphiko oluthinta ezempilo emnyangweni i-Higher Health, lusiza izitshudeni ngezinto ezithinta ezempilo emanyuvesi nasemakolishi.
“Uphiko lusiza ngezinto ezithinta ukuhlukunyezwa ngokocansi, izidakamizwa, ukuhlukunyezwa ngokobulili, ukuhlolela izifo ezifana nesandulela ngculazi nezinye ezithinta ucansi, kanjalo nezifo ezithinta ingqondo. Sifuna isitshudeni sigcxile ezifundweni ukuze ziphase zingaphazayiswa yizinto eziningi ezikhungweni zemfundo.”
