Ngaphandle kokuthi lokhu kudla kuyakhuluphalisa kodwa kubuye kuvimbe ukuhamba kahle kwegazi njengoba amafutha enokucinanisa imithambo ethile emzimbeni,” kuchaza uNksz Mkhize.
Uveze ukuthi nesikhumba siye sichiche, umuntu ahlale ejulukile uma ekhonze ukudla okunamafutha, ushukela neziphuzo ezihlohlozelayo.
Uthe kubalulekile ukuthi abantu badlalele kude noshukela, baphuze amanzi ngoba ahlanza isikhumba ukuze sihlale sibukeka kahle.
“Ngisho ebusika abantu kufanele badle kahle ikakhulukazi labo abazimisele ngokwehlisa isisindo somzimba noma ukuzigcina bebukeka ngendlela ethile. Ukuzitika kakhulu ngamasobho, inyama yangaphakathi nokunye ukudla okunamafutha okubenza bajabule kungaba nomthelela omubi emzimbeni. Kufanele bawaphuze amanzi ebusika bawuzibe noshukela noma ngabe ubenza bajabule,” kusho uNksz Mkhize.
UNkk Mbali Mpholi ongungoti wezokudla uthe inhloso yokudla wukuthi umuntu asuthe futhi umzimba uhlale uphilile.
Njengoba kuqala ubusika abantu bavamise ngokukhala ngokuthi ubusuku bude ngakho kubalulekile ukuthi badle ukudla okubasiza ukuze balale kahle.
Uveze ukuthi ukudla okunamafutha nokudla ngokweqile kunomthelela omubi empilweni yomuntu njengoba kungamenza angalalali kahle ebusuku.
“Uma ungumuntu ovamise ukuqwasha ebusuku kufanele uqinisekise ukuthi udla ukudla okunomsoco, okubalwa imifino, inyama emhlophe njenge-turkey, uphuze ubisi udle nobhanana. Lokhu kudla kukhiqiza i-serotonin ne-tryptophan okusiza abantu ukuba balale kahle, baphumule. Abantu kufanele baphuze nezinhlobo ezehlukene zamatiye ezizobasiza ukuba baphumule,” kusho uNkk Mapholi.
UNkk Mapholi ugqugquzele abantu ukuba bangadli ukudla okuningi ngaphambi kokuba balale ngoba lokhu kuzokwenza baqunjelwe futhi bangasheshi ukuzumeka. Ucele abantu ukuba badle kusasele amahora amabili kuya kwamathathu ngaphambi kokuba balale.
Uthe mabadlalele kude neziphuzo ezine-caffeine okubalwa amakhofi, iziphuzo okuthiwa zinikana umdlandla ngoba lokhu kuzokwenza baqwashe.
Ukudla ama-chips nezinye izicoficofi uthe kungaholela ekutheni umuntu akhuluphale ngokweqile ngakho kufanele babheke ukuthi badlani.
