Uqhube wathi ukudla okunoshukela okunjengama-dessert, uswidi, amakhekhe, u-ice cream, amabhisikidi, ushokoledi, neziphuzo ezinoshukela kunomthelela omubi kumama nasenganeni engakazalwa.
Uthe kungadala isicanucanu, ukuphalaza, ukuqunjelwa, nesilungulela.
"Isisindo esikhulu sengane sinomthelela ekutheni ingane izalwe inesifo sikashukela. Kumama kwandisa amathuba okuthi agcine esebeletha ngokuhlinzwa noma ukubeletha ngaphambi kwesikhathi," echaza.
Uthe okunye okwengeza ubungozi ukuthi umama uma encelisa ingane noma isiqala ukudla, idle ukudla okunoshukela okwenza ukuthi ingane igcine isidla ukudla okunoshukela kuphela.
Uthe akubona omama abazithwele kuphela okumele bagweme ukudla inhlanzi ikakhulu le edliwa ingaphekiwe efana nesushi ngoba kunocwaningo oluveza ukuthi ingadala ukuthi ingane ingakhuli kahle.
