“Yingakho sikhuthaza abafundi ukuzibandakanya nokuqinisa ezinhlelweni ezinjengalolu nathi esilwenzayo ngoba yilapho abakwazi ukukhululeka khona, bavuleleke nokubuza imibuzo okungenzeka bangakhululeki ukuyibuza uma kufundwa ezikoleni abafunda kuzona, bese beyawazi ukubuyelwa wukuzethemba nokuthanda ukufunda,” usho kanje.

“Lokhu kumele kusetshenziswe ukuthi kube yicebo lokutshala ekusaseni lomnotho wezwe lethu ngoba uma kufuleka ezemfundo, kuzofukuleka nezomnotho ngakho sikhuthaza nabaholi bezamabhizinisi, abatshalimali nezinhlaka ezahlukene ezizimele nezohulumeni ukweseka izinhlelo ezinjengalolu ukuze zisebenze kahle,” kucebisa uBarrett.
