Kuyingozi efanayo ukuhogela intuthu kagwayi noma ubhema ngqo ugwayi ngisho noma ungawubhemi

UKUBHEMA kungakhathalekile ukuthi nhloboni kagwayi ngenye yezinto eziyingozi empilweni yomuntu.

Iyini i-second hand smoke?

I-second hand smoke, ebuye yaziwe ngokuthi yi-passive smoke, yilapho intuthu ephuma kugwayi olayithwe ngowubhemayo ithikameza oseduze ngaleso sikhathi, noma leyo ntuthu ephafuzwa ngobhemayo ifinyelela koseduzane kwakhe, okungaba yingozi kuyena. Inkinga enkulu ngalokhu wukuthi le ntuthu inamakhemikhali awu-7 000, kanti okungenani awu-69 kulawo makhemikhali, aziwa ngokudala umdlavuza.

Ngakho abantu abangabhemi kodwa abahogela le ntuthu basengozini yokungenwa yizifo eziningi ezihaqa ababhemayo kubalwa umdlavuza wamaphaphu, isifo senhliziyo, isifo sohlangothi nenkinga yokunqanyukelwa wumoya - ungakwazi ukuphefumula ngendlela efanele.

Inkinga yokunqanyukelwa wumoya

Le ntuthu iyingozi kakhulu emaphashini omuntu, kangangokuthi kulabo abangabhemi ingenza ukuthi babe nenkinga yokunqanyukelwa wumoya, ukukhwehlela okunganqamuki, wukucinana nenyumoniya.

Ubungozi balokhu kwabesifazane abakhulelwe nasezinganeni ezincane

Abantu besifazane abakhulelwe abangahogela le ntuthu baba sengozini yokuphuphunyelwa yizisu, wukubeletha  isikhathi singakafiki nokuthi babelethe ingane enesisindo esincane noma ekhubazekile kube kungafanele. Umbuzo omkhulu ngothi uzivikela kanjani nothandiweyo wakho kule nkinga?

 

  1.   2. Ukuqinisa umthetho ekhaya lakho kwababhemayo: Inkinga wukuthi le ntuthu ihamba emoyeni futhi akulula ukuyinqanda ukungena emzimbeni, ngakho kumqoka ukuthi uqinise umthetho kubantu ababhemayo ekhaya, batshelwe ukuthi mabangabhemeli noma yikuphi ukuze wena nabathandiweyo bakho niphephe engozini.

3. Gwema ukuba sezindaweni okubhenyelwa kuzona: Uma usendaweni okugcwele abantu kuyona noma usendaweni lapho bebaningi abantu ababhemayo, zama ukuqhela kuyona, noma ucele  ababhemayo baqhele eduze kwakho ukuze uvikeleke

4. Yeseka othandiweyo wakho: Uma kunomuntu osondelene naye obhemayo, ukumsiza ukuyeka ugwayi kungamsiza abe nempilo ehlanzekile. Kona akulula, kodwa kuyenzeka. Mnikeze usizo aludingayo, noma umazise ngezindlela noma izinhlaka angavakashela kuzona ukuze asizakale.

5. Fundisa izingane ngobungozi bale nkinga: Siza izingane ziqonde kabanzi ngalokho ngokuthi ube nesineke sokuzichazela ngayo, futhi uzicebise ngokumele zikugweme ukuze zingabi nenkinga.
