UDkt Omar uthe kubalulekile ukuthi uvakashele udokotela wesikhumba uma ubona ibala elibonakala limnyama kunesikhumba sakho noma elingafani namanye onawo elizivelele esikhumbeni. Uma unebala elime ngendlela ehlukile kunamanye onawo, uma unebala eliwumugqa ongalazi ukuthi lidalwe yini noma unamabala amaningi avele esikhumbeni sakho noma imbotshana engajwayelekile. Uma imbotshana osekunesikhathi unayo uyibona imfimfa uketshezi.

"Yize umdlavuza ungahlasela noma ngubani, bakhona abantu abasengcupheni njengabantu abawuthola ngokofuzo, abantu abanebala elikhanyayo basengozini ngenxa yokuthi i-melanin esikhunjeni sabo incane, abantu ababhemayo, abantu abaphathwa izifo ezenza amasosha abe ntekenteke, abantu abadlala imidlalo edlalwa ngaphandle edonsa isikhathi eside efana nekhilikithi, igalofu neminye," kuchaza uDkt Omar.

Uqhube wathi ongakwenza ukuze uzivikele emisebenzini yelanga ukugwema ukuba ngaphandle kwasendlini phakathi kuka-10 ekuseni kuya ku-3 ntambama.

"Uma kunamafu esibhakabhakeni akuchazi ukuthi imisebe yelanga ayihlabi esikhumbeni," kusho uDkt Omar.

Ukugcoba ukhilimu okuvikela elangeni, i-suncreen noma i-sunblock ene-Sun Pprotection Factor (SPF) 30 nezigcobo ozisebenzisayo. Uma ubhukuda phinde uyigcobe njalo ngemuva kwamahora amabili.

“Zama ukugqoka izingubo ezimboza umzimba ungaveli elangeni ukuze lingezukukushisa bukhoma ngokunjalo zingasali nezibuko zelanga.”
