'Asingaphoqwa ukugqoka inzilo'- Ayanda Ncwane

INKOSIKAZI yesihlabani somculo weGospel esingasekho emhlabeni, u-Sfiso Ncwane, u-Ayanda, isiphinde yagxeka inqubo yesiko lokuzila ebekelwa abafelokazi. 

U-Ayanda ukhalaze ngale nqubo ekhasini lakhe ku-Instagram izolo. 

UNcwane uthe kuyakhathaza ukuthi noma sekwaba khona inkululeko yabantu, abafelokazi basacindezelwa yimithetho yamasiko ababekelwa yona kudala.

"Emuva kweminyaka engu-25 kwaba khona inkululeko kuleli, abafelokazi basacindezelwa baphinde baphathwe kabi yimithetho yesintu namasiko angabekezeleleki. Ngokomthethosisekelo waseNingizimu Afrika, sonke siyalingana kodwa kuze kube yimanje abafelokazi kusalindekeke ukuthi bagqoke inzilo izinyanga ezingu-12 kodwa amadoda wona ayaqhubeka nezimpilo zawo ngemuva komngcwabo wamakhosikazi awo," kusho uNcwane.

UNcwane uqhube wathi ukugqoka inzilo kufanele kube ukuthanda komfelokazi hhayi impoqo ebekwa yisiko.

Sunday FACT: After 25 years of “freedom” , Widowed women are still oppressed and unfairly treated by customary laws & some unbearable culture!!!! According to the Bill of rights of the Constitution of SA 1996 ( Act 108 Of 1996) We should be treated EQUALLY!!! But till this day many widowed women are still forced to wear INZILO ( a black mourning attire ) for 12 good months, BUT widowed men can completely carry on with their lives after the burial of her wife. INZILO is NOT a South African culture nor tradition and this should be a choice of a widow not an obligation!!! #WidowsRightsMatter #WidowsRightsAreHumanRightsToo
