Uqhube wathi abakhiqizi bezinto ezigayiwe bayazazi izikhathi ezibasebenzelayo zokudayisa kanti esinye ngesamaholidi kaDisemba.

Uthe okunye okuyinkinga ngemikhiqizo enoshukela ukuthi eminye ibhalwe ukuthi inamafutha amancane nama-protein amaningi.
"Okunye okubhalwe kule mikhiqizo kuyadukisa ngoba umthetho awuqinile ekutheni kubhekwe ukuthi abakubhalile kuyikho yini. Ungathathwa yinto ebhalwe ngaphandle kepha kungenzeka ukuthi okubhalwe kuyo akulona iqiniso.
“Into okumele uyibheke uma ufuna ukwazi ukuthi umkhiqizo unaziphi izakhamzimba nemisoco (nutrition), qaphela izakhamzimba hhayi okubhalwe ngamagama amakhulu ngoba kungenzeka ukuthi ngenye yezindlela ezisetshenzisiwe zokuheha amakhasimende," kweluleka uMbalati.
Uqhube wathi uma ufuna ukuba nesiqiniseko sokuthi udla ukudla okunoshukela ophansi, yidla okunezithelo. Wathi iziphuzo ezihlwahlwazayo ngezinye zezinto okumele abantu bazame ukuzigwema.
