I-ESKOM ikhumbuza abantu ukuthi babheke izigubhu zabo ukuthi ziyahambisana yini nohlelo olusha kungakashayi uNovemba 24 ngoba uma sekushaye lolu suku isigubhu singabhalisiwe kabusha ngeke siwamukele ugesi wekhadi.
Esitatimendeni sakwa-Eskom KwaZulu-Natal, kuvele ukuthi abantu kufanele babhalise kabusha izigubhu zabo ngaphansi kohlelo lweStandard Transfer Specification Association (STSA).
UNksz Joyce Zingoni okhulumela i-Eskom KwaZulu-Natal, uthe uma abantu bengazibhalisile izigubhu zabo ohlelweni olusha ngeke bakwazi ukufaka ugesi wekhadi.
Kufanele bazibhalise ngokufaka izinombolo ezibizwa nge-Key Revision Number (KRN)2. Konke lokhu kufanele bakwenze kungakadluli uNovemba 24.
Uthe izinamba zokubhalisa isigubhu ohlelweni olusha zitholakala uma abantu bethenga ikhadi likagesi.
Uveze ukuthi bathola izinombolo eziwu-20 okufanele bazifake esigubhini sikagesi.
